Where did my invoice total go?

I am using quickbooks 2007 pro for mac. For the first time I created a two page estimate and when I go to print it (either with my printer or preview or pdf) the total price does not print, only the box with the word “total” prints but there are no numbers? All my previous one page estimates print with the total price. How can I fix this problem?

@Jennifer; did you try running trouble shoot on your printer device? I would also try uninstalling the printer and reinstalling, then running a solo scan on the printer.

@Charles: thanks for the tip. It wasn’t my question, but I posted it hoping somebody else would have an answer. I don’t know if your suggestion will work but I hope the person who asked the question sees your reply. Thanks.~Jennifer
